Es un hotel diferente, sensacional, te encuentras como en tu casa por el personal y las instalaciones que tienes a tu alcance. La instalaciones y servicios en general estupendo sobresaliente Y el personal... que decir del personal desde la direccion hasta el ordenanza, asi como camareros, personal de recepcion, camarersras de pisos , personal de piescina, etc..... Conclusion : ES UN HOTEL PARA VOLVER Y RECOMENDAR

Just a quick note to say our stay at your hotel was more than we could have wished for, our Junior Suite was wonderfull and the staff at the hotel are brilliant, very friendly and more than helpfull, we had a great time at the New Years Gala Ball and the staff went that extra mile for all attending, we are booking again for December 2010.

La verdad que, no hay nada como quedarse en un Hotel para conocerlo. Tantos años y no había vivido en primera persona la calidad del Princesa Yaiza hasta ahora.
Les felicitamos por la amabilidad también de todo, absolutamente todo el personal. Fuimos con niños y lo probamos todo, incluido el servicio de Baby-sitter.
Todo el personal era superamable y nos hicieron sentir super bien.

We had a very very good holiday at the Princesa Yaiza this year.
 
Our room 315D in the family suite was excellent many thanks for that as it really made the holiday for us.The little extra treats left in the room were very much appreciated.(incl my daily newspaper).
 
As always the staff were very polite and very attentive and I must give the cleaning ladies a special thank you as our room was left perfect every day.
 
All the facilities were again excellent and very clean and we enjoyed the nightly entertainment(Victor apart) very much.

Han sido unas vacaciones que no dudaremos en repetir. La habitación que nos reservó Kika, 346 C, tenía una luz y unas vistas fenomenales y los detalles a nuestra llegada fueron toda una sorpresa. Hemos pasado unos días geniales y en gran parte gracias a todo el equipo de profesionales que compone el Hotel Princesa Yaiza porque todo ha sido perfecto.

Unsere Urlaubsreise hat uns zur unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit entsprochen.

Sie haben unseren Zimmerwunsch ( Room 238 C und Room 246 C ) erfüllt, wofür wir uns nochmals recht herzlichst von dieser Stelle aus bei Ihnen bedanken wollen.

Dies ist nicht immer selbstverständlich. Der Dank geht an Sie, sowie an den Direktor und das komplette ServiceTeam in ihrem Hause.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Ihnen im Hause ( Juni 2007 und Juni 2009 ) . Seid Jahren war dies der schönste Urlaub den wir erlebt haben.
