The Hotel has incorporated Luis Carrillo as a new Executive Chef, a professional from Bilbao, who arrived on the island more than 15 years ago, with extensive experience in Gourmet Restaurants and hospitality, throughout the Spanish geography.

Luis joined the kitchen team of the Princess Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort in 2015 as Sous Chef and after 5 years of great effort and dedication he has achieved a meritorious promotion by leading a kitchen team of more than 100 people, located between the kitchen Central, which serves the 3 buffets that the hotel has and several à la carte restaurants, among which the Kampai Asian restaurant Teppanyaki, the Chiringuito and the Princess Yaiza gastronomic bulwark, the Isla de Lobos restaurant, a benchmark in Restoration of the island of Lanzarote, which has been awarded with countless awards and whose chef has been named as Best Chef of the Canary Islands in the last edition of the GastroCanarias awards.
