New Gastronomy Days will take place at the Isla de Lobos Restaurant, this time starring the chef Arnau Bosch, main chef of the Cambrils-based – Catalonia – Can Bosch restaurant, awarded with one Michelin Star and two Repsol Suns.

Third generation of the family lineage of chefs managing the Can Bosch kitchen, Arnau Bosch continues with the family saga started in the year 1969. Starting as a small bar for fishermen, "Can Bosch" turned in time into a must-see reference, as far as the Costa Daurada creative seafood cuisine is concerned. Keeping this gastronomy heritage and being able to keep it up with current tastes is a challenge Arnau Bosch has been able to meet successfully.

Thanks to a cuisine that constantly reinvents itself, without giving up the traditional recipes of the restaurant, this great chef awarded with the Award to the Young Chef and Entrepreneur – awarded by the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy and Nutrition – has known how to keep the "Can Bosch" restaurant up to the level of a gastronomy reference.
