Our philosophy focuses on the product. Through the work of our chefs, we are becoming a reference in Lanzarote. In addition, we increase the awareness of the lanzarotean cuisine through the use of innovative techniques and the careful handling of local products. At the 9th edition of the Gran Hotel magazine's annual award ceremony, we were awarded with the title "Best Hotel Gastronomy" for this approach.
The thematic restaurants will be opened on a rotating basis according to the occupation.
